How Drama Knights looks after your child’s information.
We collect your child's information solely to keep them safe and well cared for at Drama Knights Summer Camp. This includes emergency, medical, dietary, support and collection details, plus the permissions you give us. Only authorised Drama Knights staff can see it, it is never sold or used for unrelated marketing, and it is securely deleted after camp. You can update or request deletion of your child's information at any time by reopening your link or contacting us.

Your child’s details, parent/carer and emergency contacts, collection arrangements, medical, dietary and support needs, and the permissions you give us.
Why we collect it
Solely to keep your child safe and well cared for at camp — for safeguarding, first aid, permissions and administration.
Who can see it

How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for camp and any follow-up, after which it is securely deleted.
